Wondering Where Your Wildtree Shipment is???

I love being part of a company with such great communication and customer service. Just got this message from Wildtree Corporate — Sorry for any delays!

Hello Wildtree Reps!

As mentioned in our last shipping communication, we promised to keep you updated on shipping status. We would also like to congratulate you again on our biggest January month end EVER. As you know, the entire country has experienced worse-than-normal inclement weather this season.and as mentioned, that had slowed shipping down throughout the US.  If that wasn’t enough, we had an ice dam, (you may have seen these on the US News). Luckily our roof did not collapse but it was leaking a significant amount of water over a good size portion of our manufacturing facility.This issue interrupted normal work for 2  business days as we had to move our blending room and raw material storage to another portion of our facility.   At the moment we are shipping up to February 3rd. We will continue to keep you in the loop as we move through the next few days.

By the way, you will note that you are now receiving the emailed tracking notices from UPS.
